Southwark Schools Bicycle Loan Scheme

Southwark council are providing bicycles to school staff for a period of one term or about six weeks.
The aim of the scheme is to encourage staff to cycle to school.  Loaning a bicycle will enable you to see if you want to cycle to school without having the cost of buying a bicycle. In addition, we can offer two free cycle lessons to increase your enjoyment of cycling. You can book a lesson by selecting 'Book a cycle lesson' under Booking, when you have received your bicycle.

There will be a £30 deposit for the bicycle. This must be given before the bicycle is supplied. 
£20 of the deposit will be returned at the end of the loan period if the bicycle is returned as supplied.
£10 of the deposit will be returned when the feedback form is completed.
The bicycles available are Brompton folding bicycles and Trek bicycles, pictured below

The bike comes with the following accessories:
Pump, Front and rear lights, Abus Aduro helmet, Abus Varedo 47 lock, "C" luggage bag or two panniers, tool kit in seat mount bag, bike cover in seat mounted bag, 2 keys for lock or key code.
To book a loan bicycle:
Once we have received your form we will contact you with the dates that the bicycle will be available and how we will supply the bicycle.
We will contact you to collect the £30 deposit by credit/debit card.
